Today, we proudly recognize Dale Sharpe-Lee for her remarkable contributions to the city of Philadelphia and beyond. As a retired Human Resources leader with over 30 years of experience, she has mastered the delicate balance between professional excellence and personal purpose.
Dale faithfully serves alongside her husband as First Lady of Jones Memorial Baptist Church. She is a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmom, and a true friend to many. With grace and humility, she embraces the calling of CEO and Executive Director of Teaching to Change Lives, Inc., as well as leader of the thriving community of over 1,000 women in WOW Women of Wellness.
Through her leadership and platforms, Dale empowers women to embrace their calling, prioritize their wellness, and walk boldly in purpose.
Whether through her work, community impact, or personal connections, she consistently uplifts those around her and leads with integrity, compassion, and strength. We are honored to celebrate her journey, her growth, and the powerful influence she carries into every space she enters.
